Pricing

Two plans. One price. Pick the floor you run.

Thrift Pro and Consignment Pro cost the same. They are not a ladder — they are two different toolsets for two different kinds of store, and neither one holds a module back to sell you later. Enterprise is for operators running several buildings.

Prices shown include the SyncroPay™ + Vendor Choice Pricing discount, and include priority support. Processing is billed separately at your Vendor Choice Pricing rate.

Card processing runs through SyncroPay™ and vendor payouts through SyncroACH™, onboarded and supported by us rather than referred out. Prefer your own merchant account? Supported, at the standard software price. Vendor Choice Pricing is included.

Why there are two prices

We would rather explain the incentive than hide it

When you process with SyncroPay™ and run Vendor Choice Pricing, we earn on payments. That lets us charge less for the software and put you at the front of the support queue. Bring your own processor and we are a software company to you — priced accordingly, and served in the standard queue.

Neither option is a trap and both are fully supported. But this is the honest version of which one we build for.

Recommended

With SyncroPay™ + Vendor Choice Pricing

$199.99/mo — $130 less than software-only
Priority, white-glove support — front of the queue
Dual pricing offsets your processing cost, with the savings report to prove it
Card fees charged to opted-out vendors, not absorbed by you
One company to call when a terminal or a payout misbehaves
Also supported

Your own merchant account

$329.99/mo — software-only pricing
Standard support queue, email and ticket
Every platform feature included — nothing withheld
Keep the terminals and hardware you already own
Vendor Choice card-fee handling needs SyncroPay™ to apply automatically
Processing problems go to your processor, not to us

You can move to SyncroPay™ at any point — the price drops and support upgrades from that cycle forward.

No intro rate. No cliff.

Competitors advertise a launch price that expires after six months or your first $50K in sales. Our published price is the price — in month one and in year three.

What else you will pay

The subscription is not the whole invoice for any POS, ours included. Here is everything else that can appear on yours, including the one number we will not publish and why.

Published, and fixed

No setup fee. Nothing to pay to open the account — billing starts at the plan price.
Additional registers — $19.99/mo each. One is included with either plan.
Syncrosites™ storefront — $99/mo. Optional, and not bundled into the plan price.
Data migration — included. Import templates, the Shopify importer, and a call to walk the first run.
No per-vendor fee. Your fortieth vendor costs what your fourth did.

Quoted, and why

Your card processing rate. It depends on your store type, monthly volume, and setup, so we do not publish a number — anyone who does is quoting you a headline rate with conditions underneath. Bring a recent processing statement to the demo and we will read it with you.

The ACH payout fee. Set with you at onboarding, and you decide who carries it: the store, or the vendors being paid. Most malls pass it to the vendor, since it is the cost of getting their money to their bank — but it is your call, and it is on the ledger either way.

Onboarding. Included for most stores. Large migrations and multi-building rollouts are quoted — and that quote is often waived. Find out if you qualify for free onboarding.

Hardware. Quoted on request, and only if you want it from us. What we stock and support — and if your existing terminals work, keep them.

Pricing questions

How much does Syncrostore cost?

Two plans, both the same price. Consignment Pro and Thrift Pro are each $199.99/mo when you process with SyncroPay™ and run Vendor Choice Pricing, or $329.99/mo if you bring your own payment processor. One register is included; additional registers are $19.99/mo each. There is no setup fee, no per-vendor fee, and no introductory rate that expires — $199.99 in month one is $199.99 in year three. Enterprise, for operators running several buildings, is a custom annual agreement. Third-party directories still list discontinued tiers; this page is the authoritative one.

Do you charge per vendor?

No. Consignment Pro and Enterprise include unlimited vendors. Adding your fortieth shop owner costs the same as your fourth — the whole point is that vendor count is your growth, not our billing lever.

Which plan do I need?

If you pay anyone out of your sales — consignors, booth renters, vendors, vendors — you need Consignment Pro, because that is where the ledgers, commissions, rent, settlements and payouts live. If everything in your store is yours and the problem is intake speed and discount cycles, Thrift Pro is the one. They cost the same, so the question is which toolset fits, not which you can afford. If you run several buildings, Enterprise adds multi-location rollups and API access.

What is the SyncroPay discount?

Running SyncroPay™ with Vendor Choice Pricing takes $130/mo off either plan, dropping both from $329.99 to $199.99. Your Vendor Choice Pricing rate is billed separately from the software.

Do I have to use SyncroPay?

No. Syncrostore is processor-agnostic and works with your existing merchant account, terminals, and hardware — every platform feature is included either way. What changes is the software price and the support queue: SyncroPay™ stores pay $130/mo less and get priority, white-glove support. Software-only stores are served in the standard email and ticket queue — supported, not sidelined. The emergency line for transaction-blocking outages is the same for every store, on either plan, however you process.

Why does support depend on how I process?

Because it is the honest reflection of the economics. When we process your payments we earn on volume, so we can price the software lower and staff a white-glove queue. On software alone, the subscription is all there is — so it costs more and sits in the standard queue. What does not change is the product, the people, or the emergency line: nobody waits longer because a register has stopped taking money. We would rather tell you that than bury it in a tier chart.

Are you actually the processor, or a reseller?

SyncroPay™ is our own branded merchant processing and SyncroACH™ our own payout product, white-labeled end to end — you onboard inside Syncrostore and we service the account. You are never referred out to an outside ISO, and one team covers both software and payments.

How does your price compare after the first six months?

It does not change. Competitors publish a six-month launch rate that expires at 6 months or your first $50K in sales — SimpleConsign moves from $199 to $379/mo on Vendor Mall Plus. Consignment Pro is $199.99/mo in month one and in year three.

What does migration involve?

Send us your vendor list, inventory export, and open balances. The import templates and the Shopify importer are included, and we walk you through the first run on a call rather than handing you a spreadsheet and wishing you luck. You pick the go-live date and we are on the floor with you that day. Most stores go live inside two weeks.

Does this still work for traditional consignors?

Yes — classic consignment splits, single-item intake, and per-consignor statements are all standard. The difference is that Syncrostore does not fall apart when a vendor grows into a full retail operation with SKUs, reorders, and case-quantity receiving.

What about Syncrosites™?

Syncrosites™ is an optional $99/mo add-on: a done-for-you website for your retail operation, connected to the inventory you already manage in Syncrostore. It is not required and not bundled.
