You can ask us to delete your Syncrostore account and the personal information associated with it. Use the form below, or read on first if you want to know exactly what happens.

If you are a vendor or consignor

Your vendor account was created by the store you sell with, and that store administers it — including your booth, your balance, and your items. The fastest route is to ask the store to close your vendor account, because they can do it directly and it takes effect immediately. Use the form above if the store is no longer trading, will not respond, or you would rather we handled it.

Uninstalling the mobile app does not delete your account. The app is a way in to your account, not the account itself.

If you are a store owner or staff member

Use the form above, submitted from the email address on the account. Deleting a store account ends the subscription and removes access for everyone who uses it, so please make sure you are the right person to be asking.

Export your data first

Deletion cannot be undone. You may request an export of your data at any time during the subscription term, and for thirty (30) days after it ends. If you want your records, ask for the export before you submit this request.

What happens after you ask

We respond to privacy requests within thirty (30) days.

What is deleted. Your account information and the personal information associated with it. Deleting account information terminates your access to the Service.

What we may keep. We may retain certain information where we are required or permitted to — to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and for legitimate business purposes such as maintaining billing records. Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify any individual may be retained indefinitely for analytics and product improvement.

Store data. Following termination of a store’s subscription, that store’s data is available for export for thirty (30) days, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our standard retention schedule.
