Payments are part of the product. Not a hand-off.
Card acceptance, vendor payouts, and dual pricing under one roof — so money in, money out, and the vendor ledger are the same system instead of three that argue with each other.
Most POS companies hand you off. We onboard you ourselves.
When a POS vendor says “integrated payment processing,” it usually means a referral to an outside ISO who pays them a residual. You fill in a separate application, wait on a stranger to underwrite it, and end up with two companies and two support lines. SyncroPay™ is white-labeled end to end: you apply on our own SyncroPay™ site rather than with an ISO you have never heard of, SyncroACH™ is set up inside the software, and we service both afterwards.
one platform · one team · your vendors bring their questions to us, not you
Dual pricing that reports on itself

Built in, not bolted on
Vendor Choice Pricing is native to the POS — enable it in settings. No plugin, no spreadsheet, no manual calculation at the register, and no separate terminal program to keep in sync.
The Dual-Pricing Savings Report
Dual pricing should not just be a checkbox. Run the report over any custom date range and see exactly how much your store offset in processing costs — no guessing, no spreadsheets, no reconstructing it by hand.

Payouts that leave the building on their own
Direct to their bank
Approve a settlement cycle and SyncroACH™ pushes funds straight to vendor accounts. No check runs, no envelopes, no vendors asking when it is coming.
Checks when you need them
Some vendors still want paper. Print checks from the same settlement run, with the statement attached, and the ledger records both identically.
Statements travel with it
Every payout carries the itemized statement behind it — sales, commission, rent, fees, holdbacks — so the vendor can audit it without calling you.
Why we want you on SyncroPay™
Because it is better for both of us, and we would rather say so than pretend we are indifferent. When we process your payments we earn on volume — so the software costs $130/mo less, your tickets go to the front of the queue with white-glove handling, and there is one company accountable when a terminal or a payout misbehaves. Software-only stores are supported, not sidelined: the same product, the same people, and the same emergency line when the register stops taking money.
On software alone, the subscription is the whole relationship. It costs more and runs in the standard support queue. Every feature is still included and nothing is withheld — but you should know which way our incentives point before you decide, not after.
SyncroPay™ + Vendor Choice Pricing
Your own merchant account
Switch to SyncroPay™ whenever you like — price and support change from that cycle forward.
Works with what is already on your counter
Syncrostore does not lock you into one processor or one hardware vendor. We work directly with industry-leading payment and hardware providers, so you choose what fits your store — your existing terminals, or a recommended package we put together.
Payment questions
Are you actually the processor, or a reseller?
SyncroPay™ is our own branded merchant processing and SyncroACH™ our own payout product, white-labeled end to end. Onboarding, servicing, and support are ours — you are never referred out to an ISO and never chasing a third party when something goes wrong.
Do I have to use SyncroPay™?
No. Syncrostore stays processor-agnostic and works with your existing merchant account, terminals, and hardware. Running SyncroPay™ with Vendor Choice Pricing takes $130/mo off either plan and moves you into the priority, white-glove support queue; without it you pay the standard software price and are served in the standard queue. The emergency line for transaction-blocking outages is the same for every store.
What will my rate be?
It depends on your store type, monthly volume, and setup, so we do not publish a number — anyone who does is quoting you a headline rate with conditions underneath. Bring a recent processing statement to the demo and we will read it with you.
Can vendors be paid on different schedules?
Yes. Settlement cadence is per-vendor — daily, weekly, or monthly — and fee rules are settlement-aware, so a fee only fires when there is a balance to take it from.
Bring a processing statement to the demo
Thirty minutes in the real software. We will read your current statement with you and show you what the same month looks like on Syncrostore.
