Hardware

The hardware we support, and the hardware you already own

Syncrostore runs in a browser, so the requirements are modest. These are the devices we sell, deploy, and support directly — the ones we know work, because we have set them up ourselves. If you already have equipment that works, keep it.

Label and receipt printers

Both iDPRT units print labels and receipts from the same roll of hardware. Every Syncrostore tag carries a Global ID barcode, so an item can move to another store without being retagged.

SP310

The workhorse. Labels from 1 to 3.35 inches wide at 203 dpi, around four inches per second. Connects over USB or an RS232 serial port, which matters if you are pairing it with older equipment.

The faster one. Seven inches per second at the same 203 dpi, with Bluetooth instead of the serial port. Worth the difference if you are tagging in volume at intake.

Payment terminals

Dejavoo P Series devices, running with SyncroPay™. All three are Android terminals that handle chip, contactless, and swipe. Under Vendor Choice Pricing the register works out the card price and sends that amount to the terminal — the shopper sees both prices on the register’s customer-facing display, then taps or inserts here.

P17

A compact Android PIN pad with a physical keypad — the device the shopper actually handles. Chip, contactless, and swipe, with signature capture and PIN entry. The one most floors start with.

Largest screen

P12

The large-screen one. A tablet-style Android terminal for a fixed counter position — the easiest of the three to read prompts from at arm’s length.

Prints its own receipts

P1

Android countertop terminal with a receipt printer built into the top, so the terminal prints its own receipt. Built for high-volume retail where the register does not move.

Scanning

Tera 9700 presentation scanner

A USB 2D presentation scanner — it sits on the counter reading continuously, so a cashier passes the tag across it one-handed instead of picking up a gun and aiming. On a floor where every item carries a tag and baskets hold ten vendors’ goods, that difference shows up over a whole shift.

2D — reads the Global ID barcode on every Syncrostore tag
Hands-free and omnidirectional, so orientation does not matter
Plain USB — no driver, no pairing, it behaves as a keyboard
Can be picked up and used as a handheld when you need to

Keep it

Syncrostore is processor-agnostic and hardware-flexible. If you have terminals, scanners, drawers, or printers that work, there is no reason to replace them to switch software — bring your existing merchant account and we price the software accordingly.

The list above is what we stock and support directly, not a list of what is allowed. Tell us what you are running and we will tell you honestly whether it will work.

How to order

Email sales@syncrostore.com with what you need and we will quote it, or raise it on your demo and we will build the list with you. Terminals are ordered alongside your SyncroPay™ account so they arrive configured.

We also supply the consumables that go with all this — label rolls, receipt paper, and custom-printed Syncrostore gift cards in boxes of 500.

Hardware bought from us carries the manufacturer warranty plus our own 90-day warranty on materials and workmanship, and can be returned within 30 days in its original condition. Full terms are in the Terms of Service; setup guides live in the knowledge base.

Not sure what you need?

Tell us how many registers, how the floor is laid out, and what you already own. We will put a list together — including the parts you do not need to buy.
