Trouble signing in?
If you are a vendor or consignor, your account is created by the store you sell in — ask the owner to send your invitation or reset your access. Each Syncrostore store sets up its own vendor accounts, so if you sell in more than one store, each one sends its own invitation.
Owners and staff can work through login and access troubleshooting in the knowledge base, or open a support ticket. For anything transaction-blocking, the emergency line is on the contact page.
