Trouble signing in?
If you are a vendor or consignor, your account is created by the store you sell in — ask the owner to send your invitation or reset your access. One login works across every Syncrostore store you sell in, so you do not need a separate account per shop.
Owners and staff can work through login and access troubleshooting in the knowledge base, or open a support ticket. For anything transaction-blocking, the emergency line is on the contact page.
