12. Acceptable Use, Automated Access, and Account Security
12.1 Permitted Use. The Services, and all data made available through them (including sales, inventory, vendor, customer, and reporting data), are provided for your own internal business use, accessed manually through the interfaces we provide. You may access the Services only as expressly permitted by these Terms.
12.2 Prohibited Automated Access. You may not, and may not authorize, enable, or assist any person or software to:
(a) access, query, scrape, crawl, harvest, poll, index, monitor, or extract data from the Services by any automated or robotic means — including bots, scripts, scrapers, headless or automated browsers, robotic process automation, or other software agents — without our prior written consent;
(b) use any automated process to submit forms, log in, generate requests, or repeatedly load pages or reports on a schedule or at a frequency, volume, or regularity that a human user operating normally would not;
(c) access the Services other than through the interfaces or integrations we officially provide, or reverse engineer, intercept, or replicate our request or response formats in order to build such access; or
(d) impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our systems, or otherwise interfere with, degrade, or disrupt the performance, security, integrity, or availability of the Services for us or any other user.
12.3 Account Credentials. Login credentials are personal to the authorized individual to whom they are issued. You may not share, sell, lend, or transfer your credentials, and you may not use them — or allow them to be used — to power automated, scheduled, programmatic, or machine-to-machine access to the Services. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether by you, your employees or agents, or any software or service using your credentials.
12.4 Security and Access Controls. You may not circumvent, disable, or attempt to bypass any authentication, rate limit, access control, or other security or usage-management measure we employ, and you may not rotate, mask, proxy, or distribute network or IP addresses to evade detection, rate limits, or restrictions.
[12.5 Integrations and API. Any programmatic or automated access to your data must be performed solely through an integration or application programming interface (API) that we make available for that purpose, and in accordance with any additional terms, credentials, quotas, and rate limits we specify. Absent such an authorized integration, automated access is prohibited.
12.6 Monitoring and Enforcement. We may monitor use of the Services to detect violations of this Section. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that an account or any activity under it violates this Section or threatens the performance, security, integrity, or availability of the Services, we may take any action we deem appropriate — including throttling or rate-limiting requests, suspending or locking the account, revoking access, or terminating the account and these Terms — with or without prior notice and without liability to you. We may also collect, preserve, and use logs of such activity (including timestamps, IP addresses, user identifiers, and request details) for security, enforcement, dispute-resolution, and legal purposes.
12.7 No Waiver. Our failure to enforce this Section in any instance does not waive our right to enforce it in any other instance.
